    Ordered a couch and delivery was set for Nov 2. On Oct 28 I get a voice message saying my couch is 4-6 weeks away. No explanation. Nothing. Integrity is everything. I will take my business elsewhere.

    I was helped by Angela, she helped us get our sofa when we were confused. She was so kind, sweet and helpful and it was only because of Angela that I finally got the sofa.

    My husband and I went to Leon's for a kid's mattress. The salesperson showed us several mattresses over $1500. When he saw we were looking at some cheaper options, he commented that we "didn't seem like we wanted to spend much on our kid". There were a couple options we liked, but the comment turned the experience sour. Don't think I'll be shopping there anytime soon.

    Sean is very kind and patient. Our English is not very good, but every time we visit the Lions store, he speaks slowly and clearly so we can understand. He always helps us and has a very nice attitude. We really appreciate his great service!

    Do NOT ever buy protection plan from them — it’s a scam! When I bought my sofa in November 2023, the staff told me that if I purchased a 3-year, it would cover things like burn marks or cracks, so I decided to get it. Now that my sofa has developed cracks, I contacted them to make a claim — only to be told that faux leather isn’t covered. Both the staff member and I were well aware that the sofa was faux leather at the time of purchase. If I had known it wouldn’t be covered, I never would have bought the insurance — I’m not stupid! I asked both the furniture store and the insurance company exactly what is covered, but of course, I never received a reply. They just ignore any questions that are inconvenient or difficult for them to answer — such an unprofessional and disappointing attitude. Do NOT ever buy insurance from this place! ***update 2025/10/21 Leon’s Furniture contacted me, and I told them I don’t want protection plan anymore— I wanted a refund instead. They said they would get back to me soon, and they did, fully honoring my request. At first, I was very upset because I felt ignored and even deceived when I was told that the damage wasn’t covered. But their follow-up response and handling of the situation were excellent. When I purchased the sofa in 2023, the staff was also kind and very helpful. but I clearly remember being told that burn marks and cracks would be covered under the protection plan. What disappointed me was only their initial response — not the quality of their products or their overall service. If I ever buy furniture again, I’ll likely return to Leon’s. However, I don’t think I’ll purchase the protection plan. I truly appreciate their kindness and great customer service in resolving this matter.
