    If I could, I would give them half star! I’m waiting for a repair for more than a month of communication and follow up! They have an awful customer service. They have low communication when it comes to repair. Several times I had to follow up and get more information. I even went to the store to talk to a manager. They sold me a floor model and it didn’t last for a year! I know you get what you pay for, but I expected more from company like Leon’s. It had a good reputation and has great products for a good price with even better quality but don’t buy anything from the gallery. It’s seems like they wanted to get rid of their product and now for repair you have to wait God knows how long to get it repaired! They told me it might not get fixed if the parts come, then we’re going to give you credit for it! WEAK, very WEAK customer service and customer care! I hope a higher level manager contact me!

    This was the worst purchase experience I've ever had. Save your money, time, and mental health by shopping elsewhere. First, the delivery failed. The store never mentioned the sofa ships as one large unit, so it didn't fit in my building's elevator. This was a complete lack of basic communication. Second, the payment and refund process has been an absolute nightmare. They pushed me to use a Flexiti credit card (I assume for a commission), which I paid off immediately. Now, getting a refund for the sofa I couldn't even receive is a bureaucratic mess. - Customer service calls me daily, but no one has any information. - I have to repeat my story to every new person. - They tell me to call back for the "person in charge," who is never available. - My refund still has not been issued. - Worse, they are making me call Flexiti to fix their problem. - This company is a nightmare. Do not buy from them.

    The most terrible service that we ever received. Truly dissatisfied as they don’t provide a good customer service after the sale is processed. We recently bought a sofa from Leon’s Richmond store. The order was delivered after couple of weeks of the order. The sofa had many issues including the flattened cushions after few days, sharp nail like things inserted on the base as it is poorly made. They don’t do replacement or refund due to their fault even though we spent more than $1300 for this low quality sofa. Complaint was made but their follow up and after-sales service are terrible. It’s been nearly two months after the technician visited to assess the sofa’s issues, nobody communicated so far. Never ever buy Leon’s product and that’s the best advice to who seeks for new furnitures!

    We just purchased a beautiful couch from Leon’s in Richmond, and Daphne was incredibly helpful! She was knowledgeable, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns with ease. We’re excited to shop for more furniture and look forward to working with Daphne again!

    I ordered a coffee table and was it would arrive from their warehouse within a week. A week passed and didn’t hear from them. Called them and they said one week. Another week passed no call. Called them and they said next week for sure. Again another week passed and no call. Called them today and they said it was still in Delta with no explanation as to why it never shipped to Richmond. Had to go pick it up myself.
