  Assembled bed only to find out there wasn't enough hardware and a piece was the wrong size. Had to self source hardware from Rona. 3 trips later won't be back.

  Buying my first couch was stressful until I chose to go with Leon’s. They made it easy. They let me order it into the store and come test it out before free delivery right to my apartment!

  I’m feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed with this furniture store. My sister ordered a chair for me months ago so I’d have a beautiful, comfortable space to rock my newborn and sit with my older son — but after waiting endlessly for it to arrive, they shipped the wrong chair. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, including multiple calls from my sister, the manager has never bothered to return a single call. It’s unacceptable that we’re having to chase down a company for a product that’s already been paid for — especially when the error was entirely their fault. This level of customer service is beyond unprofessional. After months of waiting and zero accountability, I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from this store.

  The delivery guys did a really good job bring my huge sectional in my lower level family room.Firstly, They drove their large truck up my steep driveway then they brought 5 large parts down my stairs to the lower level. Unpacked and put everything together. The only thing I would suggest is they have boot covers and wear gloves while placing the furniture. Without a doubt, after all the hard work their hands would be dirty. Thank God my couch is not white. . But just a few words of advice.
