    Rekesh the salesman was wonderful he worked efficiently and made sure we got everything we needed and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery crew were great fast and efficient. The only thing that was left out was our free pillows but that is an error with the store. I’ve tried calling Leon’s but customer service doesn’t answer. The sales team and delivery team are great despite the customer service team.

    Delivery came on time. One section of the couch was broke, difficult to use. Sent a tech out following week who told us it needed a new frame. They replaced the couch a week later. However this time the power recliner did not work. Been waiting for couple of weeks for someone to come and repair it. Yesterday got an email stating the closest available time to come out would be Oct 30. So we will have the couch for six weeks, which we paid cash for and unable to use it properly. This is unacceptable, moved from Ontario to BC, we are seniors, did not need this extra hassle. Delivery guys were courteous, not there fault, just faulty furniture.

    I went with my mother in law ,shes moving into a seniors care home and has the start of cognitive memory so we all as a family were trying to make it as smooth as possible for her transition. Bought a new couch set side table and also a coffee table her condo is very small we took measurements however once we had the delivery of the coffee table realized it was to big for the space we didnt open the box so as new , So I went in and explained i understand you don't give a refund but if we could return as the box was never open and just give us a credit to the store that way they aren't loosing money ... they said absolutely not and made us feel horrible , I felt horrible for my mother in law as she didnt understand why they wouldn't help .. ? I would never go to this place for furniture sometimes people need a heart and understand. It was an un open box we didn't want a refund just a credit towards the store so we could find something to fit !!!!!!!!

    Purchased 2 night stand, couch and headboard. Delivery was 2 hrs late - couch, headstand and night stands were dropped off and left for me to take the boxes apart etc. -Night table had hair imbedded in the lacquer and the couch with the V brackets did not line up - spent over 1 hr trying to put the couch together with my daughter - at the end - had to pay someone to put it together and they advised the V brackets were out by an 1" on the couch - did not line up with the chaise. had to unscrew the bracket and move it 1 inch and was advised its not screwed into anything, therefore it may not be sturdy. I reported this to Leon's right away with photo's. - heard back someone will be in touch. Waited but nobody called. I went there in person and spoke to Mgr Haley - she was not helpful and has no customer service skills - when I explained what happened she offer me $200 off the couch - I explained to her I spent over $3500 and I want a couch that is not going to fall apart when I move it - I showed her pictures of the hair imbedded into the lacquer she said "that's not hair" - I asked her if she was calling me a liar? she changed her tone and said she will send someone to sand and relacquer the night table - I asked her if she was serious? I said this is unacceptable - she then said okay - we will send a technician to review the couch and the night stand to confirm - Tech came and he confirmed everything I said to Haley. Waited to hear back from Haley as Tech said give it 3-5 days - I did and once again I did not hear anything. I kept calling and was advised she was always busy - left my phone number and name - no call back. Went there in person again - she confirmed they will change the night stand and offered $200 off the couch - I said this is unacceptable. She said let her see what she can do - advised she would call me back. I said replace it or give me my money back. Once again did not hear back. Went down in person, spoke to another manager Jeff - who was also rude - he advised what we can do is swap the couch and not the chaise as the bracket was moved on the couch and not the chaise - I keep the chaise - this would take over 6-8 weeks. waited 6 weeks - called their customer service and was always told "oh it takes 6-8 weeks" I said its been 6 weeks - the person on the phone said "oh" you will need to wait till mid Nov. Today I decided to go down in person to see when this darn couch was coming. Spoke to my sales rep who sold me the items - Very nice man (Raz) I explained the situation - we spoke with another manager Melody - very nice manager easy to speak to and was very understanding and helpful - I explained the situation with the couch and she agreed - I should be getting a full couch replacement and not partial as it might not line up. This is what I have been saying to both Jeff and Haley. Finally someone who knows what they are doing. I asked for no boxes upon deliver and for the guys to put it together as their brackets are difficult to alien. (not normal square brackets) As I was there - there were 2 ladies that said "don't shop here" they are brutal". I will be sending an email to the CEO of Leon's as the customer service provided by both managers (John and Haley) was unacceptable. I want to Thank Sales Rep Raz and Mgr Melody for their professionalism and understanding with my frustration and poor customer service that was provided by both Managers and the amount of times I had to go down in person to deal with this. I have to buy another couch but I will not be buying from Leon's

    I recently purchased 2 Kingsdown queen mattresses from Leon's in Langley. They were horrible. When someone moving or turning around on one side, the whole mattress moves and shakes like crazy, it is very disturbing and annoying. You could not get a good night sleep. I called the store for exchange, they said only exchange if you purchased a mattress protector from them, otherwise, no, you can not exchange. The mattress protector from Leon costs $90, but you can get one from other stores for $30-$40. I purchase mattress protector from Homesense, they won't accept that. Very disappointed. The $900 is just a waste. I will never purchase anything from Leon's again.
