  Christian Robichaud gave us a wonderful service. We weren’t quite sure wich tv to go for , he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure all our questions was answered and even went the extra miles and asked for a second opinion to ensure the best quality service. Highly recommend, thank you Christian we will come back for futur expenses.

  Delivery crew was excellent. Friendly and professional, even offered to haul the old couch from the basement to the garage after delivering the new couch. Item was delivered on time. VERY satisfied with entire transaction

  I was in the store , october 17th 2025. Have the most pleasurable experience. I arrived at the store after having a horrible experience at another store. I was greeted by Dennis who just said, good afternoon, and let me go on my way. I wandered the store a little bit. Looking for a recliner for my 80 two-year-old grandmother, he let me browse the store a little bit. Then he came to find me and see if there was anything. He could help me with. After explaining my experience at the previous store to him, he understood my frustration and wanted to make my shopping experience as easy as possible. We wandered through the store. He explained stats on chairs for me. And even held one while I could go pick up my grandmother. So she could come to the store and try the chair. When I arrived at the store with my grandmother, he treated her like she was a queen. He made sure she was cozy. And every chair that she tried, he made sure that she had room to get through aisles with her Walker. And even moved furniture, if needed, Dennis gets a 10 out of 10 in my book and the young man that was working. In the shipping department when I went to the Bay doors to pick up the chair was also amazing. I can't remember his name, but he was a very lovely young man. He took the legs off the chair. He loaded the chair and her ottoman into my Van was very polite and respectful. I wish I could have the experience in every store. I go in that I had at your store that day.

  Recently purchased a couch from a young professional sales person named tristan i really appreciated his approach in sales it didnt seem to pushy he went above and beyond to make sure we got the couch we were looking for and was willing to help us in whatever way he could definetly a great addition to the leons team !!

  Last Saturday we stopped in at our Leon's store just to get an idea of what we may want for a new sofa when we move. As we walked through the store, a sales associate named Carlos came up and introduced himself and asked if we needed help. We told him we were just looking for now and he said he was there if we had questions. We kept walking around and looking, then we stopped to ask Carlos a few questions about a particular sofa that had the manual tip-out foot rest. He actually suggested another sofa at the other end of the store with a power foot rest which is much better. Sometimes you need a patient and helpful sales associate to guide you. We were able to buy it and await the delivery when we are ready to move. Thanks Carlos!
