  Today I walk into the store looking for a couch.and as I was looking around I felt not wanted I was followed around the store like they thought I was gonna steal or something.i just turned around and left the store all I want to buy a bed for myself.there was no help or even. Welcoming it was straight following me around the store.how rude.

  Ordered a sectional online and was asked if 4 to 6 weeks to wait for a backlog of shipment was okay. I was fine with it, on the 7th week I called to follow up to see if I could get a status update. I was told they had it in stock, do not know why they didn't call me to schedule the delivery. Wr schedulee the delivery for the following Tuesday and was told they would call Monday to confirm and if I don't hear to give them a call. Monday afternoon rolls around and I didn't hear so i called them and was told that they were about to start working on the delivery route and they hung up on me. They called me back and hour later letting me know what the order was. Delivery comes around the guys did great.They set everything up and were super nice.However, I noticed a bunch of pen marks from where they left pens on top of my new sectional. So the first thing I did was spot clean and fix all the pen marks, so they wouldn't be stuck in the fabric. Overall, not a great experience but I was able to get a sectional at a great price

  Bought an England sofa, loveseat and chairs summer 2015 warranty card said 5yr, 10 yr and lifetime warranty on various things with furniture. After a year and half noticed it coming apart on the "deck" where the 2 fabrics meet (which is what the cushions sit on). Showed them a picture and was assured that this would be covered only to receive a call stating it wasn't, it is off the 1yr warranty and told to fix myself with adhesive and fabric!!!. I was given the impression that since I was from an hour away that it was too far for them to come and repair it. Moral of the story, don't buy England furniture not worth the extra cost and if from out of the city they will not help you out.
