- TRTracey Rutledge3 days ago3.0I have always loved Leon's and the quality of their products. I had a beautiful couch from Leon's that lasted 20ish years and it stood the test of time. We purchased a new sectional set less than 3 years ago and earlier this spring we reported that it was deteriorating before our eyes on 4 of the sections. We are a house of older adults so furniture is treated very well. When we reported the damage they said did you get the extended warranty? We said and felt that extended warranty is when you think you might damage it not when the product is deteriorating. We have had to buy replacement covers in the spring we are awaiting their arrival and then have to pay to have them installed. We don't understand how the quality is subpar on our set and we unfortunately can't trust that even more won't deteriorate.
