  I had such a great experience thanks to Soma! Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, patient, and really helpful from start to finish. Soma went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the whole process easy and pleasant. It’s not often you get that level of care and attention these days.   ​I recently visited this location looking for a sofa and had the pleasure of being assisted by Soma. She was very polite throughout the process. ​Soma was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She didn't push for me to pick the expensive items. Instead, she took the time to understand my living space and work with my budget, guiding me through the process . Thanks to her, I was able to find the ideal furniture that not only looks great in my living room but also within my budget .

  Rankumar initially sold us a couch and because we live so far his manager offered a discount because we would have had to wait a month to get it as they send it to Kitchener and they send a truck once a month to our neck of the woods. We got the additional protection coverage and were reassured we wouldn’t run into any issues being so far away if we needed to make a claim. We waited for a call to confirm our delivery a month later, we ended up calling the day before our expected date and were told we would have to wait another month. We were not happy that Rankumar couldn’t be bothered to call us and update us previously, and I also learned that because we live far that the couch order was supposed to indicate it needed to be sprayed before Kitchener sends it out for delivery, this was not done. The manager did offer us an additional discount but we ended up cancelling our order because they declined to try and deliver it sooner than a month later and I was not confident in Rankumar’s reassurance that we wouldn’t run into issues if we needed to put in a claim for the protection plan. I will continue to do business with Leon’s in the future but I will avoid this location.
