Great customer service. Delivery was timely and I was able to track when they were coming. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Love the freezer. Great size and love the light on the bottom indicating it’s working. Very satisfied

Once again Melissa helped us out with our furniture purchase for a new house. Melissa is always there to help ya pick the perfect furniture that works for us. She can see our vision and never rushes us with our back and forth thoughts. If you are shopping for furniture goin and ask to deal with Melissa you will not be disappointed.

We went to this store to take a look at and in the hope of trying the demo LG massage chair there. Unfortunately, it was not working. The saleswoman was not helpful at all. She just said there are some more massage chairs at the back (it turned out they are not what we want) and did not help even a bit to fix the setup or connection issue. She routinely (it must be a company policy) told me to approach her if we needed help, gave us her name and went away. We were left looking around the chair to see if it could be connected but we abandoned after some attempts. The salesman passing us by a few times did not even bother about stopping to give a little help. The store was extremely quiet at the time. The chair is sitting on the big LG poster. I am sure LG paid Leon's to put a demo there for people to experience using it before deciding to buy (which was the purpose of our visit, as I told the saleswoman). Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience visiting the store. I do not recommend shopping there.

We purchased a fridge from Leon’s and paid in full well in advance. We followed all their delivery instructions, including emptying our old fridge to prepare for the swap. The delivery was scheduled, and we were ready—only to receive a cancellation notice five minutes before the scheduled delivery time. This last-minute cancellation was not only frustrating but incredibly disruptive. We had to reload all the food back into the old fridge, which had already been emptied per their guidance. To make matters worse, I had taken time off work specifically to be home for this delivery, and Leon’s offered no refund, no compensation, for the inconvenience. Now we’re stuck waiting for a new delivery date, with no clear communication or assurance that this won’t happen again. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better from a company like Leon’s, especially after paying in full and trusting them to deliver on time.

Garbage product and even worse customer service. Should be able to give zero stars. Been trying to get a spring replaced for about 2 years. We ARE covered under warranty and found out from the 3rd party that does the repair work that Leons cancelled our order multiple times. Since then we've had multiple springs pop out of place with one puncturing the fabric, and since we've only been able to sit on one section of the couch waiting for it to be fixed the foam has now bunched and shifted due to springs and probably only sitting on one section for 2 years, which has in turn led to us now sitting on either popped springs, a big bunched mound of foam or a wood frame. All of which are not comfortable. I would rather sit on a concrete sidewalk cause at least it would be flat. We have called and emailed time and time again about every issue and have been given the run around for 2 years with NOTHING SOLVED. Have had bad products over the past but never this type of blatant disrespect from a company. Apparently getting our money back isn't an option at this point but at least they should send a truck to pick it up so i don't have to pay a garbage dump fee. I never write up bad reviews unless a company deserves it and Leons truly fits the mold here. We saved up a while and spent a lot of money to be treated this way.
