  The bottom cushion is from the couch we tend to sit on and the top is the same couch cushion from our second couch. We've had these couches for almost 2 years. Even the strings on the cushion covers are breaking and falling apart. We paid extra for a full warranty but when we reach out to them for different problems they just tell us it's not covered under warranty. They are selling awful quality products and convincing you to pay extra for a warranty that doesn't even cover common issues like this. I fully regret my purchase and am very disappointed.!!!

  Ya got a young fellow named Jordan that impressed me from the moment we met. This gentleman exudes professionalism, honesty, respect and a total willingness to please his customers. There’s absolutely NO BS with him. I miss Ron Dubarry but pleased that Jordan’s filled that void nicely.

  My husband and I were greeted by Margaret when we arrived at the store. We were very pleased with her patience while we did our shopping for a couch set and mattress. Margaret is an amazing asset to your company, she had all the answers to our questions and was very personable and easy to deal with. Margaret made our shopping experience very pleasant.

  Leon's has been a good place to get Furniture and Appliances over the years . They hooked up the new Stove. Then removed my old Stove and put it in the Garage . I ordered a Samsung Stove and Range hood . Stove was defective . Range hood was dropped and damaged on the side. Called Leons. They rectified the situation asap. Even though it was a long weekend. Had both units replaced quickly . Honestly one of the Best Customer service I have every dealt with . I bought from the Niagara Falls location. Only thing is they need to put on Shoe covers. Wife wasn't happy with the dirty floors. Lol.

  I was in tonight around 5:30/6:00 (October 14/25) at the showroom with my fiance as we were looking at a dining set for our first home together. We happened to buy the dining set we have been looking at and also purchased 2 queen sheet sets that were on clearance. We were dealing with Anne. We did the purchase for the dining set first and it was a smooth transaction. When I went to purchase my sheet sets, issues arose when Anne pointed out that one tag was for a queen set ($25) and the other tag was for a king set ($29) . I didn’t realize as the sheets were both labeled very clearly as Queen sets on the packaging. I told her that they said both Queen on the package and I showed her multiple times and she was adamant and still argued with me that it was king size because the tag that was priced on the outside was priced for a king size for $29. I showed her where it said queen size on the package and she still didn’t believe me and wouldn’t sell it for $25 like the other queen sets. I ended up buying both sets still and they both are queen sheets, but one was priced still for a king set, even when it shouldn’t have been. Anne pointed out that the one code was for queen and one code was for king size with the stickers that were stuck on for the clearance items. She never once called anyone over even when I did ask her if I could get it for $25 because it was a queen size set. She ignored my request…. I know the person who priced it probably didn’t realize and did it in error. But it caused me to have a debate with your employee and caused me to still leave upset and dissatisfied with the service even when we just bought a dining set from you just minutes ago before I purchased the sheet sets…. I’ve attached pictures of the sets with the tags. The white and black set is the set with the pricing error….
