  We where promised to have our furniture delivered on the Saturday instead of the Thursday and guess what , at 8:20 pm on Saturday evening we get a call to say they would drop our furniture at the front door or in the garage . Well this was not a service that should not have even been offered , as we are seniors with disabilities , so how would we even been able to manage this , driver saying his manager would only allow this drop at door or in the garage . So now we have no furniture in our living room . HOW CAN THIS BE OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I finally got the boxspings, because its a king size bed i needed to twins, the delivery guys were in and out before I got a chance to look and of course one had a rip, I went to the store said I would except it for a discount, they agreed and I am still waiting for my discount, it wasn't a huge discount either.

  My family purchased an adjustable bed less than two years ago (under warranty and we also purchased extended warranty) - and it is not working at the moment. I called the Orangeville location where we purchased it and the lovely Rebekkah assisted me in my queries—she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She also called me back in a timely manner and I was told Leon’s will be sending a technician out to where we live to hopefully help fix the issue. We have always had great experiences at this store and I would highly recommend this location.
