    I am extremely disappointed , they tell you one thing upon purchase and then after you have paid its like you do not matter , half of our furniture was delivered damaged and now I need to wait 1.5 months to get it fixed , one of my recliners was not delivered and now they are saying back ordered till December even thou I did get 1 one them . I will never deal with Leon's again

    Waide, one of the two delivery men was very nice his partner when going through the door of the house the packing material got stuck instead of telling Waide “ hey wait a minute I am hung up on the frame of door he just kept forcing it through the door until it went in. Fortunately, it didn't mark or tear the armrest or the bottom corner. A little more respect for customers spending their hard-earned money.

    The only complaint about the delivery of our new fridge was that there was no way to confirm our request to have it delivered before the condo's refusal to accept after 4pm deliveries. We were told a window of time slots that went an hour being that so it was lucky that we could track them and see that there would be ample safety time and they arrived at 1:30, the beginning of the time slot they quoted. I understand how difficult forecasting delivery delays can be (I worked a few years delivering appliances myself) but it would be far less stressful if they could have promised to meet our deadline and save us that worry. But the delivery team was polite, quick, and careful. Well done. The sales staff on our showroom first visit did a great job at answering all our questions. When we came back for a final look and completed the order, that went well too. I think it will work out fine. The old fridge (15 years) was identical in size and still ran like new. We just needed a model with a bottom freezer to save on knee strain. Will this one be as trouble free in 15 years? Time will tell So far, the fridge itself seems to be working fine. Time will tell.

    I knew exactly what I needed. However, the in-store customer service was excellent and quick. The delivery was scheduled within a week of the purchase (delayed by my availability). The delivery staff were respectful, quick and efficient with removing the old appliances and setting the new ones into place. There was no mess left by them in the house. Overall very satisfied with the service from Leon's.

    We purchased from the Mississauga location (doing their review after this!) and were waiting for delivery when we found out Mississauga dropped the ball and didn’t send it to the Kitchener location like they were supposed to (long story as to why) so I went into Kitchener to discuss the situation. I spoke with the manager and he was wondering to deal with, tried his best to sort things out for us and succeeded in most of the areas except he had no control over the fact that Mississauga didn’t deliver, which is understandable! We ended up cancelling our order but I was still impressed with the manager at this location, so 5 stars for him!
