We recently received defective furniture item from Leons, which was a real disappointment. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, we certainly didn’t expect this kind of experience from Leon’s. It ended up being a complete waste of our time, and we won’t be purchasing from Leon’s again.

I was welcomed and greeted by Jasnoor. She had an excellent way of carrying herself and was very helpful. She really had knowledge about what she was selling and was answering all my questions with great detail. Aside from the excellent customer service she had, she was also very honest. I will definitely be coming back to this Leons for future purchases!!

The very worst place to buy appliances. Absolutely 0 customer service. Cannot reach anyone after order is placed. Shop elsewhere - the Brick or others.

Received a power recliner and 3 seater sofa today. Ordered via Tom at Mississauga N Leon's. Delivered from Brampton warehouse. From the 1st moment we entered Leon's and met Tom right to products being delivered, absolutely perfect service. Of course we also visited other furniture stores, including much more expensive ones. What I like about Leon's is their c/s product quality guarantee. And I don't have to wait 4-6 weeks or more for the furniture to be manufactured. The delivery was totally perfect. 2 strong guys brought the sofas in the house as best as can be. Clean delivery, clean placement, and efficient. It's not easy delivering heavy furniture gently, and maybe dealing with some Karens out there. Often Imitated, Not Duplicated... Leon's ! And forget about that Noooobody BS nonsense, Leon's is where it's at ! Thanks Tom and the 2 delivery guys !

The worst purchase of my life. I bought a couch from Leons for around $2,500 and it arrived broken. The quality was nothing like what I saw in the store. When I went back to return it, I was shocked to be told over and over again that “Leons has no return policy.” How can a furniture store refuse to take back broken furniture? Instead, they pushed me into accepting a replacement of the same piece, which I did not want because the quality was so low (the store display had different quality). After multiple visits and countless phone calls, I was finally told I could exchange it for a different couch. I looked around the store but wasn’t happy with the options. The sales team, clearly motivated by commission, pushed me hard to make another purchase. In fact, I even witnessed the salesperson arguing with another staff member over who would get the commission. The entire experience showed me that no one cared about customer service, only about making a sale. Against my better judgment, I chose another couch. I specifically asked the salesperson if the seats would sink and was reassured that the quality was “good.” Within just ONE week of using it, the seats started sinking badly. Absolutely pathetic quality. I paid extra for a protection plan ($200–$300), but honestly this couch feels like something I want to throw in the garbage. Every guest who has sat on it has noticed immediately how cheap and uncomfortable it feels. I regret this purchase every single day. To spend thousands of dollars only to be given broken furniture first, then treated poorly by customer service, and finally end up with another low-quality piece; it is beyond disappointing. This is not a one-off issue. I had problems with TWO different couches from Leons. That says everything about the quality of their furniture. Add to that the refusal to stand by their so-called policies, and the complete lack of accountability, and I can confidently say this: Do not waste your money at Leons. Leons has been the worst furniture shopping experience of my life.
