- KNKaran NSep 24, 20251.0I had a great experience with this store but my review is more so regarding the administrators of the service plan that Leon’s sells to consumers, Zucora. I spent $160 for additional warranty coverage, administered by this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. They use the fine print on brochures to scam Canadians to pay more for something that should be covered under warranty. I had a stain on my couch I purchased from Leon’s and reached out for help. I submitted a service request with pictures and order information. They reached out the next day and asked for more information. I replied, after which I received the response below. They denied my service request basically because I used some all purpose cleaner to help clean up some of the mess. I’m supposed to “use a clean rag”, nothing else, leave it there until a service technician shows up which is extremely unreasonable. They referred me to the “terms and conditions” on their brochure. I’m sorry but this is just a BROCHURE and there is NO mention of terms and conditions on it AT ALL (see attached). I never accepted any T&Cs so really there is no agreement. The fact that they mention they will send someone if I pay more money just shows they are driven by greed. I love Leons but I hope they reevaluate their relationship with Zucora.
