    Our experience at this location was fabulous thanks to Yen! My partner and I entered the building and three male sales representatives/employees had stared at us and walked by. Then they started talking amongst themselves as we looked around on our own. Thankfully, Yen had approached us after a few minutes of browsing and jumped in to help. She was very informative, kind, and professional. She made our experience great. We bought quite a few sets of furniture for our big move! We got gorgeous pieces at amazing prices. Yen made the process easy, fast and seamless. We left the store with 12 items of furniture, that will be delivered right to the door within 1 day of working with Yen. Fantastic sales representative. I’d highly recommend Yen for other customers coming to the store.

    Delivery date given by sales staff was 4 weeks. Still waiting for delivery at week 6 now. Called 3 times, given no explanation. Was told last week that a manager would call me. Nothing yet 😕. Feeling very lied to and manipulated. No one has contacted me since I made my purchase. Not happy at all 😡

    worst customer service i have ever encountered. we purchased a 5 year protection plan and now that we have an tear and damges on the sofa within 3 years. they are refusing to cover it. when we purchased the Sofas we were asked to take a 5 year protection plan since it covers ANY TYPE OF DAMAGE. now they are denying everything.

    I had a bad experience at the North Leon store, so I decided to call the South store — and they truly understood my frustration. When I say they swung into action, they really did! Ash even called me on his personal phone, took the time to listen, and turned a bad situation completely around. I’ve always ordered online, and for some reason, it usually goes through the North store, but after today, the South store has gained a lifetime customer. Thanks Ash what you did today is what great customer service looks like.
