  Amazing experience! Very helpful and kind staff! And the delivery team is very nice and efficient. They removed the old mattress and brought in the new in 10 mins!

  Stay far away. It has been 4 months since we ordered a couch online. The amount of times my husband has had to reach out to get it delivered is embarrassing. He has spoken to many people including the manager who advised it was on the truck and would be delivered shortly. That was a month ago. Life gets in the way sometimes and we have tried our best to stay in contact. The fake delivery dates and broken promises are enough to turn your stomach. As you can see this is a common theme with this location. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from another store. Leons-do not reply saying to contact you. You should be calling us to make it right Enough is enough. When and if it ever comes take the tip money out of the price. *Edit I TOLD YOU NOT TO ASK ME TO REACH OUT. YOU LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MY HUSBAND AFTER HE CALLED AGAIN AND YOU HAD THE NERVE TO SAY A FEW WEEKS. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN OUR LIVING ROOM MONTHS AGO. NEVER AGAIN😡😡

  We bought a mattress and picked it up today in Brockville. Upon walking in we had a gentleman approach us who was extremely friendly and he helped us get the mattress out of the back and load it into our truck. This gentleman is the reason for my 5 star review. As for the two ladies behind the counter, one was just ok. Not the friendliest but the younger lady with the tattoos and the inappropriate sundress for a furniture store completely offended us as she approached the counter in front of my partener and I and deliberately bent over with her breasts hanging out. It was really offensive and not professional at all. I would think in a professional establishment you would dress more appropriately. My partener and I both were very uncomfortable. She never smiled once.....How sad....not a good representation of your company.
