  Omid was the sales rep I sealed with in the store he was wonderful answered all my questions and was not pushy. The men that came and delivered the couch were wonderful also polite put it exactly where it needed to go cleaned all the packaging and were friendly all in all a wondertexperience for me

  I bought a bed set from leons and had to return it . I gave my credit card info over the phone to them to get my money back whoever took the info ended up selling my info . I never used this card before this and suddenly had multiple charges from kuwait and nova scotia . I bought a bed set for 6,000 and the sad thing is I would have done business with them again but I am fearful for this to happen again . I have been hesitant to even write a review about this because of the person who took my info down but I can't stop thinking about the amount of seniors that might not be noticing theses withdrawals coming out. Please be fearful when shopping here

  I recently purchased a new sofa set from Leon’s Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—( Sharan)helped me find pieces that fit both my style and budget. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the delivery was smooth and right on time. The setup crew was professional and careful with my home.

  Two stars is the most we can give, and only because the couch is super comfy and the sales rep/delivery guys we dealt with were great. Unfortunately, getting our couch was a nightmare. The delivery came on Oct 6, but the warehouse sent the wrong loveseat so it couldn't connect to the sectional. We contacted customer service and were promised another delivery in two days. Great! Except that at 7pm that night, we got a call saying the truck had broken down and our delivery had now been scheduled for October 16th "at the soonest." The truck breaking down isn't anyone's fault, but it seemed the customer service team didn't care at all about trying to prioritize the delivery to correct a mistake they made in the first place. After we told them this was unacceptable, the agent said she would speak to her supervisor about arranging a delivery for two days later and would call us back right away. No call came, so the next morning, we called back - and were told by another agent at this store that our "exchange" was expected to arrive, again, on the 16th. So nothing had been done about this the previous night. After threatening a refund, we finally got a call that a delivery had been arranged for today, Oct 10. The agent also guaranteed she would have someone check to make sure it was the right couch and everything was in place. Couch arrives. The legs are missing. The only saving grace is that the first delivery team left the incorrect couch behind, so they were able to take the legs off that one and put it on this one. But I'm still imagining how incredibly frustrating it would've been had that not been the case. Not one, not two, but three attempts to delivery one couch would've gone wrong. If you want a cheap couch at a decent quality and have an extremely high tolerance for frustration, definitely recommend Leon's!
