Very professional, attentive and not one scratch on the freezer despite very narrow stairs, tight turns and low ceiling as well as having to remove doors for the tight fit. Thank you very much! I asked specific questions knowing I was buying multiple pieces and they would all come at different times, the salesman assured me they would call when the items came, 5 weeks later, no call. I called saying one item was suppose to only be 3 weeks. She then told me it had been there but since the whole order was not there, they don’t call. I was frustrated to say the least when the salesman assured me something different. Better team communication skills need to happen. But that is what you get with big box stores, you’re just $$ to them, they don’t care. This is my second time with Leons and I had similar issues both times, will not shop here again

By August the mattress had developed these bumps where the pillow top has seemed to bunch together in firm lumps that can’t be smoothed out. Leon’s sent someone out to look who told me the mattress would likely meet the parameters to be replaced. Leon’s later contacted us saying the lumps weren’t bad enough for the mattress to be replaced. Now I have a brand new lumpy mattress.
