  Very disappointing experience at Leon’s Windsor Not a single salesperson offered help while we were clearly looking for multiple furniture pieces. After asking at the front desk, we were told someone would assist us, but the person never showed up and went to help someone else instead. Completely unprofessional and pathetic service.

  After wanting to buy a table, the salesperson (Vladimir) rudely got up and walked away because he didn’t think we were serious enough for him or important enough for him to help us. He literally got up and walked away from a sale and said I don’t need to do this. He then quickly walked to his managers office (Andres) to probably make up some excuse as to what happened because I was obviously going to speak to the manager & he was just as rude and asked us to leave the store. ( by the way we did absolutely NOTHING wrong) was trying to buy furniture. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional from them. Leon’s should be ashamed to employ these 2. Vladimir said he’s worked there for 22 years, I only wonder how many other customers ( & potential customers) he’s been this rude too and unprofessional. Corporate is definitely going to be getting light of this. Stay away from this unprofessional business, who cares how many 5 stars they have, read this review and go see for yourself. I was hoping I’d have an experience like the rest of these people leaving positive comments, but unfortunately Andres kicked me and my family from the store because his associate could not hold himself together for a few minutes to sell a table ! Save your hard earned money and go to teppermans or the brick where they will gladly help you and treat you with respect and dignity.

  A little nervous ordering a couch online without seeing it in person first but it had great reviews so I took a chance. The whole process was seamless and the couch is exactly what I hoped! Very comfortable, great price and material is nice and soft. Delivery was great, on time and got the couch within 3 days from when I ordered it

  Excellent service overall! The furniture arrived earlier than expected and the delivery went smoothly. The store salesperson was excellent — very helpful and kind. The only issue was that four legs from the sectional were missing. I called a couple of times, but they only created a report and nothing was resolved, so my husband had to go to the store himself to pick them up. Almost a perfect experience — just wish the follow-up had been better.

  Lots of options when it comes to upholstery and other house furniture. Found everything from sofas to accent pieces, and styles for different tastes. Prices are better compared to other stores around Windsor, definitely more budget-friendly without looking cheap. Fast delivery as well. Quality is good. The pieces feel solid and well-made. I’ve had no issues so far. Also, the salesperson was very helpful. Not pushy, just genuinely trying to help me find what I needed. Overall, a good place to shop if you want variety, decent quality, and fair prices.
