  I ordered a couch from Leon's, to be delivered on the day I moved into my new apartment. Things that went well: the delivery estimate was accurate and "stops until your delivery" feature is nice. The associate I ordered from was really lovely. Things that went poorly: When the delivery folks arrived, they said the box for the couch would not fit down the hallway in the apartment. It was the end of their delivery day, so I asked "what are my options" and they told me they'd take it back as a return. After about a week with no follow-up from Leon’s, I called to ask about the refund process. The associate I spoke with was dismissive, suggesting I measure and consider a couch from the “Small Space/Condo” section... which is where I had ordered from originally. When I asked about the refund, I was told, “Oh, we were thinking exchange,” even though no one had contacted me or discussed that option. Ultimately, I purchased a couch from The Brick. Their team delivered and moved it in without any issues, and notably, that couch was slightly larger in every dimension than the one Leon’s claimed couldn’t fit. To add to the confusion, one of my neighbors on my floor has the exact couch I ordered from Leon’s in the first place. While I appreciate the positive parts of the order and delivery tracking process, the communication and customer service after the failed delivery were disappointing.
