    Just left with a big smile on my face after purchasing a new couch for my apartment. I had a specific idea of what I wanted - an L sofa bed - and Kazi was super helpful in showing me different options. He was there to answer any questions that I had, but also gave me the time and space to make a decision. He was very informative and friendly throughout the process. Im super excited to soon have my beautiful new couch in my place! Thanks Kazi!

    Purchased a dining room table from Leon's with "white glove delivery." When it arrived in the oversized box, weighing over 200lbs, the delivery staff wouldn't take it out of the box and left it on the first floor. I just got off the phone with Whitby Leon's, who told me this is policy to ensure none of the parts are lost. Therefore, my wife and I had to carry our 6-seater, 200lb dining room table up our flight of stairs. Please keep this in mind when you order from Leon's. Edit: I reached out to a manager and while they defended what Leon's did - not taking the product out of the box - they apologized for what happened and provided a small refund. I'm satisfied that they came with this solution.

    Purchased a 6 Piece Sectional, when the delivery drivers arrived they refused to setup the sectional after I instructed them to setup so I can inspect. I was informed by the store the delivery of the sectional would include unpackaging and setup. They assured me I would have a week if there were any issues and to contact Leons. I setup the sectional after 4 days I found tears on one of the pieces and asked for help from the store. They offered to have a technician come out to glue the tears and no replacement would be given because I was outside of a 72h window. I was misled by the delivery drivers working on behalf of Leon’s, the drivers had pictures of the furniture on the floor and not setup and still the customer has to pay the price.
