  Leon’s Bad Customer Service. Very disappointed that my dishwasher was “in stock” when purchased for delivery on October 16. I still have not received my new dishwasher. It’s quite ridiculous! When I called they said it’s in Burlington and delivery from Burlington store to Hamilton store is up to 3 weeks. Why??????

  Excellent service from Nick the salesman who was able to accommodate all my requests very much appreciated!!! Then the 2 delivery guys who were so efficient,,, calling before they arrived ,,, experienced with apartment deliveries & most of all the set up & desposing of all cardboard & plastic wrap,,,, job well done !!! Leons if I need anything else I'll be back!!! Thank you !!!

  A month ago we purchased a mattress from Leon's store in Hamilton. We had a wonderful experience with Mirsada G. She was knowledgeable, patient and helped us to find a perfect mattress for our needs. The mattress itself is very comfortable and of good quality. As a result of good experience we purchased another mattress a few days ago. Thank you Mirsada for your help. Family Erak.

  We visited this location and had a great experience. Lorraine Latter assisted us with trying to make a decision on a sectional. Her task wasn't easy as my husband and I nattered to each other about the pros and cons of the purchase. She was patient and knowledgeable assisting us with several options. I highly recommend Lorraine for your home purchases!

  This weekend, a junky recliner I bought here that lasted a little over 5 years and that was plagued with manufacturing defects is finally being tossed in the garbage. I bought it in February 2020 and three months later the side gave way when I reclined back in it. It was during the pandemic and I had to wait FIVE months to have it fixed because the part had to come from China. Less than a year later it broke again. Same story as the above. They told me that if it broke a third time they would replace the entire chair. Well, the extended warranty covering that ran out recently and the chair broke again last weekend. In all honesty, as a matter of courtesy towards their customers, they should have replaced the chair after the second breakdown. Very disappointed and I will not be buying anything else from Leon's ever again.
