    ***PLEASE READ***This review is on behalf of my family Member. If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a completely accurate statement with her experience. Her fridge had died and she needed to replace it. She went to Leon's to replace it. On September 23rd she purchased a brand new LG refrigerator along with an extended warranty $300. The BRAND NEW fridge comes with 1 year base warranty. This was a large purchase. Roughly $2100 dollars. The fridge (paid in full) arrived a few days later on the 26th. So following the instructions, plug the fridge in 4 hours after arrival. The next morning she attempted to open the freezer, it was jammed shut. She called Leon's, who then told her to call the manufacturer. LG sent a repair man the next day and fixed the freezer door. Approx a few days later we had noticed large deposits of ice in the freezer with only a few items inside, and the fridge wasn't cold at all. The bottom drawers inside the fridge however were frozen inside ( this is not inside the freezer ) . So all of the food had to be thrown out , and either from being frozen or not cold enough. She was told to contact LG AGAIN, they made an arrangement for a different specialist to come and inspect the unit. Which took until October 15th for them to show up. He diagnosed an issue and ordered her a part. He had come within a few days to replace the component. The fridge worked as it should normally ...... for about 1 1/2 days. Then it wasn't cold and the freezer continued to do the same as it originally did. So another service call. Now on the 24th they came back..... remember this is still not working and Leon's had no way of offering assistance which I find unbelievable especially a month after the full balance was paid when purchased. So the tech came back and informed my sister that the fridge was deemed unrepairable. On the 25th of October my sister received a phone call from Lg with a credit to Leons to purchase a new fridge. Several days later she received a text from LG that says it will take 3-5 business days for Leon's to receive the credit. This is now October 27th. On October 28th to be proactive, she went into the store and arranged to find a new fridge to purchase and make sure that the $300 extended warranty she had paid for would be transferred to a new unit. She also wanted to verify she would not have to pay the removal fee of the new condemned. The sales person was helpful however they didn't know that at that point to have all the answers. A manager from Leon's was supposed to call to assist in rectifying the issue and addressing the concerns.... She never called. October 30th ( well over a month from the date of purchase they had called and said they received the They received the credit **** which was not the full amount she paid , and was told there was nothing they could do about it. They where short $16 dollars on what my sister paid . OK, So now she was not able to get the fridge she had set aside and delivered until she went into the store and paid the $16 that LG or Leon's didn't cover. This disgusts me. The new one if she went into the store that day and paid the $16 would only be available as early as November 7. At this point she is still without a working fridge. 6 weeks. Unacceptable The management was completely incompetent and heartless. As of the time I post this review there is still no Fridge in the household. I am writing this on behalf of my sister because she is so stressed out from this situation and doesn't want to deal with them anymore. This is all 100 True and verifiable I would advise anybody who considers shopping at this store to consider elsewhere. They could have given her a future credit or anything. They wouldn't absorb $16 dollars. She needs a new dryer soon they could've offered her anything. Shame, Leons has now lost many customers, myself included, family and all friends. Shame on you

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review We had an amazing experience at Leon’s Brantford! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while helping us choose our items. He was transparent throughout the process and truly prioritized our satisfaction with the products. We’re so happy with our new sectional, ottoman, and king-sized mattress and frame! We’ll definitely be returning customers in the future. Highly recommend asking for Chris!
