  The online purchase was seamless. The delivery and tracker was awesome. My only complaint..when they called to give me my delivery window. I was only then informed the old mattress had to be in a bag, and where, how do I get such bag...you have to go INTO the store for it. There should be an option online to buy one, or have the delivery guys bring one or a pop up once you check and pay to have the old one removed stating you need one. This would have given me more time to go and get said bag. And good thing I have a car. But my anxiety and other issues that lead me to do my shopping online, were completely flummoxed by my now having to go into the store..defeated the online shopping experience...otherwise a 5 star review...let's hope the new mattress is a good un.

  I ordered the Weston 6-seater sectional recliner sofa from Leon’s, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Delivery was smooth and quick — the team was careful bringing everything in and made sure nothing was damaged. They even moved my old couch to the garage for me with no hassle at all. Really happy with the new sofa and the excellent service from Leon’s!

  Delivery was great - quick and efficient. Only thing I would say is that drivers should supply a mattress bag to dispose old one if bought online - we bought online so we didn’t have to go to store but ended having to go anyway to pick up a mattress bag to dispose of old mattress.

  The delivery went very smoothly, love that you can track the truck. The boxes with all packaging went down the stairs into the new space. The guys handled it very easily. They were going to leave, but when I asked if they were going to unpack the furniture and remove the packing materials, they very willingly offered to do it. Six large pieces of furniture produced a lot of packaging. Although I was grateful that they did it, I was under the impression when we purchased the furniture, that the set up and packaging removal was expected and included. I guess Leon’s should always make this very clear to the customer.

  I walked in with my partner just the other weekend, we were looking for a couch, the showroom was fantastic. The staging and comfortable little environments they created were so pleasant. The staff was all very friendly, shout out to Jordan Rae for helping us, Jordan was the right amount of knowledgeable and personable and not pushy at all! We ended up finding the perfect couch and returned the same day to place the order. If you're looking for furniture don't bother going to that other place that starts with a "B", huge waste of time over there.
