    Bought a mattress with the 200 night guarantee. Well worth the extra cost of the mattress protector for warranty. Frances is an amazing sales associate and took care of us with ease! it ended up not being for us so we went back to Frances and she set us up with a replacement. The delivery folks are very friendly, efficient and super speedy! they were in and out under 10 min exchanging the mattress. Best part is you can track your delivery, no waiting around for hours not knowing when its showing up. They also call and give you a heads up. Quality customer service

    Cameron has talked to me many times on the phone and has a lot of patience with me. I live in Waubaushene, Ontario and moving to Nova Scotia. We talked numerous times on the phone and helped me with prices on all Kitchen appliances and warranties on all of them. He is such a sweetheart and understanding my needs about the appliances. I can’t express enough how Thankful l truly am with Cameron for all his help. He went Above and Beyond for me. He should get a raise and some kind of Award ( Recognition) for his fabulous job he has done. Employee like him are very hard to find with such knowledge and dedication he has at Leon’s. Cameron , l wish you nothing but the best for your future and your career. I will be truly very Disappointed if Leon’s Don’t Recognize how truly great you are. Thanks a million Cameron for everything.

    The whole experience of picking out a fridge, from the helpful salesman, Cameron D., to the quick delivery date of 3 day (we live out of the city) to the tracking details and the delivery was a smooth and effortless process. The two men who delivered the fridge were very friendly and cheerful. They did a wonderful job of removing the old fridge and bringing the new one in. They had to remove parts of the old fridge to get it out the door without damaging anything. They did it properly and carefully. Kudos to them.

    Exceptional service!! We had Angelica helping us out and she was super patient (we were in the store for about 3 hours). She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and did everything she could to make sure that we were getting quality service. She went out of her way to also make our decision making super easy, even giving her input on what would look good with our living room and let me say our living room now looks stunning. She had a smile on her face the whole time and is also great to talk to! You can tell she cares about her customers! We will definitely be back to see her again, she was wonderful and very helpful!

    Do not buy extended warranty at Leons 2. 5 years ago we bought 2washers Two dryers Samsung (which i was nervous about) Two Lg stoves A Samsung low profile microwave A LG dishwasher and a LG Fridge.The microwave was giving us issues with the board just freezing which seems to have resolved its self One of Samsung dryers died and now our fridge is squealing to the point we have to unplug at night as its so loud. we bought extended warranty on all units cause lets face it nothing it made like it used to be. Called for repair on the dryer that died we were suppose to here back within 48 hrs and didn’t so we had to call in which they said sorry we couldn’t find a tech in the area your gonna have to find one yourself … like WHATs the point of the extended warranty, now the LG fridge is squealing and guess what they called with the same story. We bought the fridge for $1750 plus tax now the fridge is $2200 so they will cover the cost of the fridge but not the new warranty that clearly is needed with these garbage appliances or the extra cost of the new Fridge . So we will be out about $1000 to replace the fridge after 2.5 years and the Dry wasn’t as bad of a hit to the purse but by the time we bought extended warranty it was about $400. I realize that Leons does not manufacture these appliances but whose idea was it to sell extended warranty with no one to fix the appliances. The extended warranty company is King and state. I called Coldbrook Leons to ask who they used and its the same and they have the same issues the girl said they laid off all the Technicians, so then why is Leons selling extended warranty if its not worth it to the person buying it . Very frustrating!!!!!!
