  The 2 men showed up on time as per the agreement with me. they were able to handle the heavy boxes with care. when we got into the apartment they offered to open the large table box and then put the table together for us ,we are seniors and that was a real big help to us, we were very happy with them and the service.

  We went in to buy a couch. They were on sale that day. We found one we liked marked at $649.00. After we told Francis we'd like to buy that one, she proceeded to tell us that the price was actually 699.00 not the price marked on the tag. We argued about that, but she said no that's the price in the flyer and on the couches coming in. We said we would take the floor model but no, not an option. She literally growled walking away from us. We walked out. Not good customer service

  Exceptional service!! We had Angelica helping us out and she was super patient (we were in the store for about 3 hours). She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and did everything she could to make sure that we were getting quality service. She went out of her way to also make our decision making super easy, even giving her input on what would look good with our living room and let me say our living room now looks stunning. She had a smile on her face the whole time and is also great to talk to! You can tell she cares about her customers! We will definitely be back to see her again, she was wonderful and very helpful!

  Sales were very good and organized, the two gentlemen on the delivery truck were excellent but when I called the delivery department I found the girl that answered rude the site said delivery tracker said delivery by 4:30 so at that time I called to check on order I was rudely told that when I was called yesterday I would have spoke to an actual person that told me it was 6:30 so I told her No actual person called me so I had no actual way of knowing that it only takes one person to ruin your reputation

  Do not buy extended warranty at Leons 2. 5 years ago we bought 2washers Two dryers Samsung (which i was nervous about) Two Lg stoves A Samsung low profile microwave A LG dishwasher and a LG Fridge.The microwave was giving us issues with the board just freezing which seems to have resolved its self One of Samsung dryers died and now our fridge is squealing to the point we have to unplug at night as its so loud. we bought extended warranty on all units cause lets face it nothing it made like it used to be. Called for repair on the dryer that died we were suppose to here back within 48 hrs and didn’t so we had to call in which they said sorry we couldn’t find a tech in the area your gonna have to find one yourself … like WHATs the point of the extended warranty, now the LG fridge is squealing and guess what they called with the same story. We bought the fridge for $1750 plus tax now the fridge is $2200 so they will cover the cost of the fridge but not the new warranty that clearly is needed with these garbage appliances or the extra cost of the new Fridge . So we will be out about $1000 to replace the fridge after 2.5 years and the Dry wasn’t as bad of a hit to the purse but by the time we bought extended warranty it was about $400. I realize that Leons does not manufacture these appliances but whose idea was it to sell extended warranty with no one to fix the appliances. The extended warranty company is King and state. I called Coldbrook Leons to ask who they used and its the same and they have the same issues the girl said they laid off all the Technicians, so then why is Leons selling extended warranty if its not worth it to the person buying it . Very frustrating!!!!!!
