  Purchased a mattress and cover. I received a notification the day before about my delivery (with a tracking number). Next day, I checked the 'live time tracker', which was very helpful, the delivery guys called ahead of time and within mins, they were here. They were very professional and polite. They were more than helpful. I had an issue with my bed and they offered to very quickly fixed it for me. I want to thank you the staff, she was very informative, friendly and helpful, as well as the delivery guys for delivering. They were very friendly and taking their time to help me.

  Boys did a great job, kinda disappointed they didn’t attach the headboard for me. But, that’s not on them, company policy. May I suggest you review your company policy!

  Sales person (Lacey) was great. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and even abiding with a measuring tape! 😆 Delivery guys were great to. Set everything up and made sure everything worked and even took all the packaging. Thanks again

  This place (Coldbrook location) has come so far since branching off from the franchise. The price of the table set I got was really good. The salesperson was great. She wasn’t pushy, but helpful. She was very kind to my child who accompanied me. And she was able to answer all my questions and provide additional information that was relevant. The delivery was about a week since purchase (which is fantastic compared to the waits before which were almost always 3-6 months). On delivery day, I received and email with LIVE REAL TIME tracking! And it actually works. It tells you how many stops before you, and an approximate time of arrival. It also offers you contact information in case you need to call them. Once they were on the way to my place, they called me and let me know. When they arrived they were very friendly and careful with my items. I was very pleased with them. Lastly, great sturdy table and chairs! I highly recommend!

  I went into leon's in coldbrook a few weeks ago to purchase an electric fireplace that was in their flyer. After letting the associate know I wished to purchase the fireplace, I told her that I wanted to also buy a reclining sofa that was reduced half price. I had also looked at a refrigerator that I was in need of. I just moved back from Alberta and was in need of a few items. However, I was told that because the sofa was so reduced, I had to make my own arrangements to get the sofa home. I was jaw dropped! Here I was, trying to purchase a fireplace, refrigerator, and sofa, and possibly more items, the associate who shall remain nameless, in former me after speaking to her supervisor would not put the sofa on the truck, not worth their while, financially. Needless to say, I walked out, they lost 3-to $4,000 sale over a reduced priced sofa that they didn't want to put on truck that was going to the same place as the other items. This was a few weeks ago, and I wasn't going to bother with a review, but looking at other reviews, I decided to . I am happy to state that I purchased my needed items at another furniture company. You will never see me in Leon's again, sorry to say.
