    I purchased a mattress and spent a significant amount based on the representative’s recommendation. I clearly mentioned at the time of purchase that I needed a firm mattress. However, within a short period, the mattress started sinking and lost its firmness. I raised a complaint, but the response was very disappointing — they said they can’t do anything since the sinking is “very less.” Even with that, we are unable to sit or sleep comfortably, and it has started causing back pain. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sale support.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Review for Leons Delivery Team – Kanwar & Jason Kanwar and Jason were absolutely fantastic! They were efficient, polite, and friendly from start to finish. They even asked about removing their shoes before entering and made sure to attach all the couch legs properly before leaving. Everything was clean, organized, and handled with care — especially impressive given they were moving a three-piece couch! They called ahead when they were about three minutes away and brought great energy into the delivery. Both were knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work. I’d highly recommend them to anyone expecting a delivery from Leons. Tip for others: when you’re polite and appreciative, you’ll always get the same energy back!

    The delivery guys did an AMAZING job! However, this is about the store and/or Leon’s in general: I wish the installation services were offered to us at checkout or at any point, or even when the store called to make us sign the waiver. We tried to add it to cart before paying but it wasn’t possible, so we thought Leon’s would call us and ask us if we needed installation and schedule it accordingly since we’re buying TWO major appliances (dishwasher and laundry unit). We would’ve GLADLY paid for it if it was available—even though everywhere on the website it says how “Leon’s offers installation” etc. Disappointed because of the hassle of figuring out the installation.

    I purchased a sofa set from Leon's Mississauga location in July, the salesperson Win guided us throughout the process, upon the closure of the transaction I enquired about some Sealy pillows that they had on display next to customer service and was told by Win that upon delivery they would include two of these in my order. I examined these pillows in his presence and completed the transaction. We had the delivery last Saturday October 4th, and upon checking the pillows that were sent I realised that they were not the sealy ones but in fact and inferior quality pillow. I called the store on Sunday and related to customer service about the issue. Win called me to reiterate that I must have imagined seeing the pillows, (even though my sensory faculties are all in working order). I have been calling the store everyday and I am given the royal run around, nobody is taking responsibility or is speaking to me about replacing the pillows. If this issue cannot be resolved via this platform I will escalate it further, it is unscrupulous and dishonest to pass off inferior product on a customer rather than what was seen at the the time of purchase. Today is October 22nd , one week since Abhilash wrote that I will be contacted by the store nobody has reached out to me, I am just wondering if my next action will prompt a response fro them.

    As a single mother I saved up for quite a long time (as I run my own business) to buy my son his college bedroom set. He also has back problems and so I was looking for something stable and long lasting. Anil was my sales guy and he LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. He lied that I would get the bed in 2 weeks it took 6 weeks when he knew the bed rails were on back order he still proceeded to reassure me because he wanted a quick sale. I was very patient. I even made a deal with management to get the bed put together so I wouldn't cancel my order and they would lose over $3200 in sales because of the shipment issue. When it came time to honour their assembly agreement the front staff LIED saying that they gave me the phone number of the assembler. I also had to ask the front end staff to SPEAK ENGLISH so I could be kept in the loop of the conversation? I speak fluent French and Spanish, sorry I don't speak Hindi or Punjabi. Basic human decency please! It was VERY RUDE when I should be able to understand what is going on with MY ORDER! Also they were purposely ignoring my calls so they wouldn't honour their end of our verbal agreement! I had to leave my work, cancel client meetings to go physically into their store to get them to honour their end of the deal! Whoever is running this store they have no morals and values and it shows in their staff. Zero communication between front end staff, front desk and back end office. Sales people being dishonest and looking for a quick sale. They will steal your money and then ignore your calls. DO NOT GO THERE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, they are scammers and after they get your cash they will LIE about things to make their life easier over the customer's. I should sue them for making my son sleep on a broken bed when for the extra 4 weeks it took to get my purchase delivered when Anil KNOWINGLY KNEW he was LYING about the delivery date! What kind of human does that? Anil also lied about how the bed was made. When I asked him about the bed supports he said it was a solid block of wood with slats. NOPE it has 3 small legs and if it wasn't for their assembler Sunny who told me to put something under the feet of the bed to ensure it doesn't slip, it could easily break off. Anil knew I would never purchase that bed but again he wanted a fast sale. These people take advantage of hard working single mothers. They should be ashamed . LIVE UPDATE: Leons just called me saying that because the assembler came yesterday they can now credit my visa. I was told LAST week the Vias was already credited. They LIED. They purposefully were not going to send the assembler and pocked the money. They had to credit the visa now because I PHYSICALLY WENT TO THEIR STORE TO CONFRONT THEM!!!! I called it out from the start. EVIL PEPOPLE!
