  The manager Abby greeted us at the door in a very friendly and professional manner. We then met with Madhu who was very honest with and did not pressure in any way. Everything went smoothly and quickly and to our satisfaction. The only challenge for us was to enter the contest. It was not very user friendly.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience with Leon’s Furniture Brampton! The delivery team was on time, professional, and went above and beyond by unpacking my sofa for me. Everything was handled with great care, and the process was quick and stress-free. I really appreciate the extra effort and outstanding customer service—highly recommend this location

  Amazing place to buy furnitures, Mr Babu was wonderful, extremely satisfying customer service, at every stage he was with us. Also, the manager lady in red coat was so well focused in customer satisfaction, really loved it. The Merchandising Manager lady was also so co-operative in scheduling our delivery, we were thrilled by the co-ordination, team work and co-operation among staff was a feast to experience. Three cheers to the management to put together such a beautiful place 🍻👍👏

  From sales to delivery, this was a great experience. Anchal in appliances ( I bought an L2 frig), along with the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I could not have asked for more. Ash and Tay capped this off with continued stellar service. The delivery was seamless. They were pleasant and respected my home. Great job everyone. You made me feel special. I'll see you for my next home purchase.

  Very horrible lousy customer service my mom and I bought a tv in Leon’s the people working in the tv department were supposed to call us and let us know when the tv arrived and they didn’t do that and they weren’t friendly or helpful at all not a smile how can I help you they were so rude and cold towards us so unprofessional very disappointing experience . I would never recommend this place to anybody when we confronted them about that they didn’t even apologize to us or offer to help us they just say they’re like they couldn’t care less . Just absolute jerks .
