    I had made the mistake of making this purchase from Best Buy 3 weeks ago. My customer experience was so bad with Best Buy, from horrible call center experience to having to go in store twice, to missing my delivery and not proactively contacting me. So I cancelled my order and went to Leon’s where I knew I would get brilliant customer service (while kicking myself for not going to them in the first place). The customer experience was exemplary and I did everything online, never had to go in store. The emails that automatically came to me after the order were excellent and clear. They called to confirm delivery. The driver calls half an hour out. They brought the 86” TV where I wanted it and they have to take it out of the box and plug it make sure it works before you sign, while Best Buy wanted an extra $50 to deliver it to the room of your choice and take it out of the box. The delivery men were polite, quick, clean and efficient. Oh I forgot, while the tv was the same price the mounting service and bracket were cheaper, so I also saved $150!!! Amazing service and I will never go anywhere else again!!!!!!

    I ordered a mattress from this location first, I was told it’s gonna be the beginning of the month and I was told it’s gonna be the middle of the month and now today I was supposed to the end of the month when I asked to cancel the order a refund my money. The lady on the phone has so much attitude and rude. Horrible customer service and now I have to try to get my refund. I have Shopped at Leon many times I have never had this issues before. I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ll never be shopping there again or tell me any of my family to ever shop here again

    It was my first time ordering furniture online instead of in-person and I would like to say I had a wonderful experience. Ordered the couch on a Thursday and received it the following Saturday. The delivery staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. It was especially delightful that they took the time to acknowledge my cats, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciate their exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone. You can be sure I'll be returning soon!

    Shopping experience was pretty good with helpful salespeople, only a little of the usual upselling—nothing too pressuring. Delivery of furniture was prompt and the delivery people were quick, yet competent, other than one side of the protective cardboard around our couch having a hole ripped in it. Fortunately there was no damage to the couch, and I don’t know where in the process the cardboard was ripped; not a problem overall. All in all, Leon’s provided a solid experience. They’re definitely not the most cost-effective place to get furniture, but if they have something you absolutely want, the experience is pretty good.

    Because I said I want bed sets I didn’t came with drawer and the bed I choice is not what I want, the sale person help and me show me the beds sets and one of beds is so beautiful that’s really like he told me is beautiful i thought, I said i going to looked around I will back and i saw the bed sets i have now, then I decided the nice beds like it. When my items came I really surprised and shock I thought I will get the bed really like I didn’t expect it. About the mirror there is missing stew I called the customer service I got, then I have to buy drawer because I need, and there is two drawers it doesn’t close properly it,might is metal there is metal in need to fix.
