  ⚠️ Dont be fooled by Leon’s sales ads ⚠️ I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Leon’s Furniture and will not be returning as a customer. I ordered a complete bedroom set for my son and was assured by the sales representative that the bed frame would be delivered and fully set up by the delivery team. However, when the drivers arrived, they were hesitant and made excuses about being behind schedule and needing to do dump runs. They refused to set up the bed frame, claiming they didn’t have time and wouldn’t take the garbage if they assembled it. This left us no choice but to set it up ourselves. Within an hour of assembly, we realized the bed frame was missing the massage feature we wanted. I immediately called Leon’s to request an upgrade to the correct frame with the massage function. I was told by your staff that there is absolutely no return or exchange policy once an order is accepted – even for an upgrade where I would be spending more money. This policy is incredibly rigid and unreasonable. I wasn’t asking for a refund; I simply wanted to exchange the frame for a better model and pay the difference. When I asked to speak with a manager, I received the same response. The policy seems designed solely to protect Leon’s interests with no consideration for customer satisfaction or reasonable accommodation. This isn’t my first experience with Leon’s, and the customer service has been mediocre at best every time. This situation was the final straw. As a result, I have cancelled the rest of my order for the bedroom dressers and will be taking my business to a local retailer with more reasonable exchange policies and better customer service. Leon’s needs to reconsider how it treats loyal customers if it wants to retain business in a competitive market.

  I went in to purchase a full set up of mattress, adjustable base, mattress protector etc… Shelly Jarzavick was incredibly helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars.

  Leon’s delivery tracking text is so respectful of the customer’s time. Precise timing of the delivery was so appreciated.

  My husband and I were looking for a fridge with very specific dimensions. Harold was absolutely amazing and helpful to find the perfect fit for us. He was super friendly and found a couple different options within our budget! I am very happy with our experience!

  Service was amazing. Two calls to ensure an accurate delivery. Persons took care of unpacking and bringing the furniture into my residence and placing it. Service was certainly worth the $$$. Guys who attended were respectful and polite. We will see how the furniture withstands the daily events at our house.
