    Had the best experience in store. Mercenaries M as the sales agent was wonderful. He lead us to the item we were looking for. Was not pushy but listened to our wants. He was ex exceptionally friendly, accommodating and answered my questions patiently. The delivery was awful. Knocked on my door so heavily and rang my doorbell several times . Brought the product in my living room and said please sign. I felt they do not have any customer service. They need to have more training in delivering service.

    This is my first time ordering from Leon's Furniture and my experience was excellent! First of all, Feri, the sales representative, was wonderful, she was patient, pleasant and truly supportive with my choice of furniture. I am very pleased with my order and delivery. Thanks to Feri at Leon's. Secondly, the delivery team were Andy and Andy. They were prompt with their delivery, very courteous, wore uniforms with shoe booties as they took great care in dropping off each furniture. I very much appreciated their professionalism. I would recommend anyone who wants good furniture and service to seek out Leon's Furniture.

    This event is related to my Order Number 10155SCYKQI - 15th OCT 2025 I visited your store on a Friday and spoke with Anand regarding the purchase of a table with a mixed-and-matched setup. Anand was extremely helpful, with a clear focus on ensuring my satisfaction rather than simply making a sale. He presented several viable options that helped me move closer to a decision, though I needed more time to confirm the table length and planned to return. When I came back on Tuesday to finalize the purchase, Anand informed me that the item was out of stock and would require 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. I wasn’t prepared for this delay and, admittedly, became quite agitated. I escalated the matter to his manager. Despite the situation, Anand remained calm, professional, and client-focused throughout. His composure and commitment to service were truly exceptional, especially given my frustration. I proceeded with the order, although only part of it could be delivered initially. To my surprise, the very next day Anand called to inform me that he had gone the extra mile to arrange for the full order to be delivered by Saturday—just in time for a family occasion on Sunday. Anand’s demeanor, respect, professionalism, and unwavering “Client First” approach were remarkable. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding service. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to customer satisfaction, and Anand’s efforts made a real difference. Please extend my sincere thanks to him—he is a true asset to your team.     We purchased the new washer&dryer on Aug 31st. We asked the salesman that we need our old units to be removed. He said it was fine. We will need to pay extra fee for removal. We paid for that and we even confirmed with him that we need everything to be installed. He said NO PROBLEM, the crew will take care everything. Fast forward 2 weeks later on delivery date, the crew came. Firstly, he complained OH...it was second floor, we usually don't carry up to second floor. Are you for real? What about other furniture like beds, closets, etc. Don't you deliver to second floor? I guess you wanted to get more tips! Then next problem, after he dropped off our machines, he said you paid only one unit to be removed so he will take only a washing machine not dryer. What the heck? How come the salesman didn't tell us? We already informed him that we need old units to be removed. Secondly, when we asked him about installation, he said no he can't install it. He was only a driver. Different story than we spoke with the salesman. We never had problem with Canada Appliance Source. They removed the old units as well as installed the machine for us. We tried to call Leon's back on that day someone called back but didn't do anything much. Just said oh you paid only 1 fee that's why the delivery person moved only 1 unit. Was it our fault? The customer service guy said we don't do installation. Our fault again? The salesperson told us that you guys will remove all units as well as installation. Very unprofessional service! Now they left our old dryer on the sideways. Never go back to Leon's!

    If I could give negative stars, I would. This experience has been THE worse retail experience I’ve ever had. I’ve recounted the details so many times to Leon’s supervisors and managers hoping for assistance that it is seared into my bone marrow, never mind my brain. After originally ordering online (which the order was automatically credited to the Whitby store due to proximity) and then going into the Scarborough store and seeing a similar product, which I wouldn’t have to wait for, unlike the 4-6 weeks I would’ve had to wait for the online item, I decided to purchase from in-store. I was told that it would be dealt with and the online purchase would be cancelled. When the item was delivered, there were two holes in it, a rip in the fabric and a feature was malfunctioning. I went through my first ordeal when I called to report it and was made to take pictures to send via email, after which I was told they were insufficient and to take the furniture apart in order to take more pictures. I protested that I could not do that on my own and that they should send someone to view or to take as many pictures as were required. These back and forth communications were via email and after my request to send someone was ignored, I decided I might fare better by going in person. Big mistake. The Scarborough store where I had made the in-store purchase refused to deal with the issue, pushing it to the manager of the Whitby store who was rightly confused and on and on it went back and forth for nearly 3 weeks. I do have to give a S/O to Brianna (I’m not sure if she’s a manager or a supervisor) but on one of those many calls, she promised to deal with the situation and call back by the end of her shift, before 6 pm. When I hadn’t heard from her and saw that it was 6 pm, I sighed in exasperation knowing that once again, as on so many other occasions before, I would have to start over the next day. Surprisingly, Brianna did call back- 15 minutes after her shift had ended because she wanted to deal with it before she left for the day. Unfortunately, the resolution led to more frustration as the delivery men missed the 4 hour delivery window and I was not able to receive the item. Again, this experience has been the worse retail experience ever and I will never patronize this company again.
