  The movers were excellent and courteous. The staff at Leon's were very helpful and easy to deal with. Although the table is severely damaged my experience with Leon's was very good. They are willing to resolve this issue.

  Good service overall. There’s only one issue with the couch leg — a manufacturing defect in the thread. I’ve already informed the delivery person, and he mentioned that a technician will fix it as soon as possible. The rest of the delivery was very smooth and nicely handled.

  Our salesman tim was probably the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, wasn’t pushy about selling anything. He answered all the questions we had with a great attitude. My mom had bad cough and he took the time to give her a Halls candy. He didn’t try and sell us things we didn’t want and was honest about everything, this guy deserves a raise! If you go to Leon’s ask for tim.

  Purchased a sectional couch with my daughter one year ago September paid in full, not on credit! We were told it would be shipped in November! It wasn't! In November we were told December! It wasn't! In December...January! January...February ! Etc, etc! Finally it was shipped April 1st (and no, this wasn't an April Fool's joke!), except for one piece of the couch! The last piece was delivered a week later! What Leons doesn't tell the customer is... the furniture is made in INDIA, not Canada and shipped across the ocean! Also, a piece of one of the footings broke during delivery, they promised to repair it. This is now October and we are still waiting for the repair! I've spent a lot of money there over the years, so I'm not impressed! Needless to say, they are not getting any more of my business!

  This good rating is for delivery staff only. The purchase, financing and setting up delivery was abysmal. The salesman screwed up the order. Several calls to the store allowed me to talk to nice women who claimed to solve my problems, but never could. A talk to one of the managers was helpful, but did not end well when she explained my payment options after the end if the “Don’t pay a cent event” I was trying to take advantage of. The fees for financing were higher than putting my purchase on my line of credit and paying the interest. My order was cancelled because I didn’t make payment because my salesperson did not enter the proper code. It cost me 2 x 600 km drives to find a time convenient to Leons, despite me advising them of my special circumstances and making over 20 calls to Leon’s in the Soo, and in Toronto (which I also visited on the advice of Soo reps). The delivery guys were courteous, cheerful, professional and competent - something I can’t say about any Leon’s reps in the Soo. The Toronto staff were helpful too. And they were as dismayed as I was with the actions of the Soo staff after a couple if phone calls to them.
