    Went in to Leons looking for a love seat. Lots of selection. Sales people didn't jump on us as soon as we entered the store. We were greeted and left to look around. When we needed assistance the salesperson was there to answer questions then left us alone to look around again.

    Online ordering was a breeze. The store called me after I placed my order online and confirmed the date of the delivery. Then the day before the delivery, they contact you again to confirm the approximate time of delivery. There were also real time updates on the delivery progress in the day of. AND finally, the furniture comes preassembled and the movers helped bring it upstairs. Couldn’t have been more satisfied! :)

    Delivery was professional and courteous. One chair did not function however and the delivery person did make a report, which means however, that I will have to take another day off to wait for the service technician, probably another day off for the repair or delivery of a replacement.

    Very disappointed with my experience at Leon’s Furniture on Walkley & Heron Road. I purchased a mattress from them, and only four days later I tried to return it — but they refused, claiming they have no return policy. This was shocking because the sales representative specifically told me there was a return policy and even convinced me to buy a mattress cover so that I could return the mattress if needed. I feel completely misled and disappointed by this experience. I trusted their word, and now I’m stuck with a mattress I don’t want. Be very careful and make sure to get everything in writing before you buy — their verbal promises mean nothing once you’ve paid.

    Our sales associate Janie was amazing! Truly a 5-star+ experience on her own! We went in looking for a sectional sofa bed and ended up finding something we never would have considered. When the sofa did not come with a matching ottoman, Janie recalled it had come with an ottoman in the past and realized that it had recently been discontinued. Janie tracked one down in the system and then provided solutions to ensure everything would fit in our space. When the wrong sofa was delivered, she worked on her day off to fix it and made sure the right one arrived on the next truck. The only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars is the delivery communication. Our delivery times changed a few times with little notice, which made scheduling difficult. The team did call once to explain the delay (and we appreciated that), but clearer updates, and the right product the first time, would’ve made the whole experience perfect. Janie said she has been with the company for 15 years and it shows. Her service was exemplary, and it was nice to have someone this personal reassure us and help us navigate issues immediately as they came up.
