I recently moved into Lenox Park Apartments and my experience has been outstanding from day one. Bryant, the executive, and Elizabeth, the assistant property manager, couldn’t do enough to support me through the entire process. From the very first email communication to multiple apartment showings, patiently explaining every detail of the rental agreement, and guiding me through the paperwork — everything was smooth, clear, and professional.
Their empathy and attentiveness know no bounds. Having rented in six different countries over the past 22 years, I can confidently say I have never come across property executives who are this genuine, caring, and committed to making a new resident feel safe, comfortable, and truly welcomed in a foreign country. Bryant and Elizabeth have set a new standard of excellence for me and for the industry overall.
The apartments themselves are equally impressive — spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The buildings and common areas are spotlessly clean, secure, and very well maintained. Amenities such as the fitness center, pool, landscaped courtyards, and resident lounge make daily living enjoyable and convenient. The community is quiet, friendly, and family-oriented, while still being just minutes from downtown Silver Spring and metro access, which makes commuting into DC effortless.
Lenox Park has truly raised the bar when it comes to property management and quality of living. I am grateful to Bryant and Elizabeth for making this transition so easy, and I wholeheartedly recommend Lenox Park Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home in the area.

I have never lived in an apartment community where the leasing staff and property manager appear to take so little pride in maintaining a peaceful, habitable environment for their residents. One would assume that retaining residents would be a priority, as it directly impacts the bottom line of any residential management company. Unfortunately, my experience has reflected the opposite.
After reporting harassment from a neighbor, I was dismayed to find that the management's response was not supportive—instead, it became adversarial. When I pursued legal action to protect myself, the retaliation was swift and unsettling. My water was intermittently shut off in a way that caused it to sputter unpredictably. Maintenance staff were seemingly directed to enter vacant units to make disruptive noise, intentionally disturbing my workday and peace of mind.
Despite consistently paying my rent on time, I was falsely accused of owing additional fees. The staff have shown a troubling lack of professionalism, often refusing to communicate in writing and even laughing while dismissing legitimate concerns.
The corporate office—Bernstein Management Corporation—is no better. They actively participate in the harassment and are complicit in the behavior. Don’t be misled by their smiles, seemingly welcoming demeanor, or reasonable-sounding words. Behind the façade, these individuals are deeply unprofessional, hostile, and erratic.
Basic utilities are also poorly maintained. The water temperature is erratic—either scalding hot or freezing cold—with no relation to the weather or settings. On top of that, the building suffers from a persistent pest problem.
I strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice. This has been one of the most disappointing and distressing rental experiences I’ve ever encountered.
