    Mom and I have been looking for a good sub shop since we moved here to Houston, we found it via Doordash, but it was worth every minute of it.Mom ate all of her Italian sub said it was perfectly balanced. Scratched a 10 yr itch. The Chicken Philly cheese was phenomenal

    Ordered ahead online and my order was already made and ready to go as soon as I got to the store. The staff was friendly and the space looks clean. My sub tasted superb, I recommend this location and will be coming back

    Love Lenny's!! Lenny's always has fresh, quality food at a decent price - especially when compared to these other sandwich shops. I guess my only complaint is there are not a lot of locations to choose from around the Houston area. I believe this is the reason most people don't consider Lenny's when they are considering sandwiches for lunch or dinner.

    9/22/25 I ordered two sandwiches for my wife and I to go, one club and one Italian. Upon arriving home 10 minutes later and taking a bite of my sandwich, I immediately noticed a sour taste and was unsure what it was. The next bite was so off putting I spit it out. I noticed a rancid smell, as if the meat was spoiled. My wife then opened her sandwich, and the odor from the meat was so strong that it made me gag so bad I almost vomit. We were unable to eat either sandwich. I immediately called the store two minutes before closing to speak with a manager. The employee who answered the phone, was the same one who had also assisted with our order, she informed me that the manager was not available and that I would need to call back tomorrow. When I explained the issue with the spoiled food and requested a refund, she stated that since the store was closed, there was nothing she could do and advised me to come in tomorrow to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the lack of resolution provided. As I clearly herd the lady say in Spanish to the other worker that I wanted to speak with the manager about this issue and he told her to say that he wasn’t there and would not be available until tomorrow. I would highly advise anyone reading this to not eat here as they are ok with serving spoiled food to their customers. This store needs new management and crew as the people currently in the restaurant are running this place into the ground. The meat is spoiled and I Truly believe the people who made the sandwiches could smell the older of the meat because after touching it the smell was on my hands and needed to be washed off. It now makes sense why they did not make eye contact with us at all when speaking to us and serving our food. Stay away.

    I had a deeply concerning experience at Lenny’s Subs. I discovered glass shards in my sandwich, which required a visit to the emergency room. If this wasn’t real, I certainly wouldn’t have taken off from work to spent money and time at the ER and Police Dept. When I went back to report what happened, the manager completely dismissed me with, “We don’t have glass here,” instead of showing any concern. As a professional caterer, I know the importance of listening to and respecting customers. I didn't fee that at all. I would never dismiss a serious complaint like that. To make matters worse, I lost sleep last night, worrying about what could happen after swallowing glass. I’m sharing this so others are aware, and in hopes the staff at this location takes situations like this seriously moving forward.
