  I ordered five sandwiches from Lenny’s for my coworkers and me, and let me tell you—it was like playing a cruel game of “Guess That Lunch.” Two were mislabeled, one had tomatoes slapped on it after being specifically ordered WITHOUT tomatoes, and my coworkers ended up swapping lunches like we were in a middle school cafeteria. When I called to politely explain, I was told the manager had “watched the video” and confirmed the sandwiches were correct. Excuse me? Either the cameras need new glasses or someone’s rewriting history like it’s a Netflix true crime documentary. Spoiler: the sandwiches were NOT correct. And the grand gesture of compensation for this lunchtime chaos? A free cookie on my next visit. A COOKIE. As if a single chocolate chip apology is going to erase the taste of unwanted tomatoes, the awkward coworker food swap, and the disbelief of being gaslit by sandwich surveillance footage. Lenny’s, if you’re listening—I didn’t order drama, I ordered sandwiches. And a free cookie is not enough to make me forget that you turned lunch into a plot twist.

  My girl ordered ham mac and cheese for 8 bucks this is what we get horrible experience never again
