I brought in water to be tested on three separate occasions and the teenager running the tests didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what the results meant. I added the chemicals in the quantity that she recommended and there was no change. Of note, they do not provide you with a print out of what your levels are and no written instructions as I've normally received. As a result, I ended up buying test strips and discovered that I was being told to put less product than a pool of my size required. I ended up driving to a store much farther away and got results almost instantly.
