  These guys have NO respect for your property. I returned home after being out of town for 2 days and found my back door wide open. For over 24 hours anyone could walk right into my bedroom by pushing a screen door open. 3 relatively expensive items are not where I normally put them in that bedroom, so it's possible these guys either robbed me or told their buddies the address of the sucker whose door they left wide open! Avoid this company if you care about home security!

  It was a pleasure to work with Jerry and his team. They were extremely professional, work was done on time and the prices were the best. Definitely will use them for all my iron works in the future

  This was the rudest most ridiculous contact with a company ever. I was referred to this company by a friend that had had a good experience 16 years prior. It took several calls to get in touch with them. It seemed they were in no hurry to return my call, that's for sure. I finally connected @ about 9:30am & the man says he can come today @ noon. I would have preferred a scheduled apptmt in advance but decided to go with it. Jerry or Gerry (he never gave me a card or last name) arrived at 11:30am. No call to ask me if coming early was convenient...nope just showed up & no apology. He arrived with an order form & pen PERIOD. When I'm going to lay out $1500 for a security door I'm going to have questions & I expect the salesperson to know their product. He had no brochures with any examples of styles & designs. Apparently I was supposed to have done all the work by viewing pictures on their website. I asked for a sample of what the hinges looked like & what type of door handles...no samples or anything... no pictures. Evert question I asked this man just made him more & more angry. The end of this fiasco ended when I asked about the guarantee/warranty on door. He said well... maybe 2 - 3 years on the hinges. I said well what about the door it self. His response was there are no guarantee because there were NEVER any problems with their doors. At this point I was angry & he left. Hope you learn from my experience. Apparently this man came to write a order with no information whatsoever about the product and furthermore with no desire to provide any information to me, the customer! He was also rude & disrespectful. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
