  I called this service to replace a lost truck key. It was discussed that the truck might need a special key due to the truck having a security system. When the young man came out to cut the key I mentioned that to him but he was convinced that it did not need the special key. So I had 2 regular metal keys cut. They will not start the engine. I checked with a dealership to see if the security key was needed using the vin# of the vehicle ( which i think they should have done) and the truck does indeed need a security key to get the engine to turn over due to the anti theft system. So now I am out of pocket $170 for 2 useless keys and even though I have tried to communicate this issue to the owner and he has been unhelpful and I have been ignored even though I've called and texted the owner of the company multiple times trying to rectify the issue. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND USING THEIR SERVICE.

  Called for a same day service and Tyler was available to meet me and rekey my property. Friendly, professional, trustworthy, fast and efficient service highly recommend! Tyler is awesome! Will definitely use for future service.

  I recently spoke with Ralph regarding a replacement key for my vehicle, and I was extremely impressed. He was honest, highly knowledgeable, and clear, straight to the point with no confusion. His explanation of services and pricing was transparent, and it was evident that his confidence came from years of experience in the profession. He sent his son to complete the service, and Trevor was just as impressive. He was professional, kind, and skilled. He finished the job in about 20 minutes, and the fee I was quoted on the call was exactly what I was charged afterward, which is rare these days. Overall, I am very impressed with their service. I will definitely be recommending this company to others, including on my neighborhood page.
