Horrible customer service. We got stuck with an outstanding bill that totaled a year of services- no one from the office let us know that they no longer took our insurance or that we were not covered. We never changed our dental plan and had been going to Leigh for a few years, then suddenly our insurance plan wasn’t covered but no one informed us until the end of the year after multiple services were provided. Now stuck paying a very large amount- while we have dental insurance and made no changes.

I must say, I have absolutely loved the care that I have been receiving over the years since coming to Dr. Leigh but since Covid has hit, the office has certainly taken a turn for the worse. The care is still absolutely fantastic and I trust everything that Dr. Leigh and her team does but getting an appointment has become incredibly difficult. I had a filling fall out and the soonest appointment is more than 2 months out. I don't see that as being an appropriate timing for something that should be fixed in a relatively short period of time. Unfortunately, as much as I love the care, my hand is being forced to find a different dentist.
Dr. Leigh has been my dentist since the 1990’s, before she started her own practice. I followed her to her first new office. It was not convenient from where I live, but I would not think of going anywhere else. She is not only a smart, experienced professional, but she is kind & caring. Dr. Leigh has an equally efficient and kind staff. It’s no wonder, good people gravitate to good people. I highly recommend Dr. Leigh, I sincerely believe you will be happy you did.
