Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We moved in thinking this would be an amazing place here a list of the things we dealt with in 1 year of living here: 1: Needed a $300 deposit for our ESA Animal due to wanting us to register her in Moreno Valley, not Riverside County. We went through the process and were told we would see the $300 after paperwork was turned in, once we sent them the updated information they stated we wouldn’t get the money until move out. Move out came and they stated they used the $300 per deposit for damages. 2: we had 4 different inspections in 1 month, none of our neighbors across from us or upstairs had anyone go into their apartment. I had to leave work early because they stated if my dog wasn’t locked up I would owe a fee. It was over 100 degrees outside and she’s a husky. They said she had to be on the porch or gone. 3: we had a fire alarm/sprinkle system inspection and was told 3 of ours needed to be replaced because they were not safe and caused a hazard. They never came back so we lived in a hazard with a toddler in our complex. 4: we got charged $390 for stains/holes in the walls. The holes were from a mounted TV and pictures, stains on the walls there was nothing. We have video proof. Only stains was where they didn’t color match before we moved in. 5: we also got charged for paint on the cabinets which stent messed up at a all either it was normal wear and tear. In the state of California you can not be charged for normal wear and tear. Look it up. 6: had NUMEROUS late charges added to our account we were always early and have receipts, they did refund but it’s still the fact we paid early and would have to fight every month with proof that we paid on time. 7: night time security barely comes around. 8: gates are always broken since they don’t have enough money to pay for it, crazy you can spend $2400 on a place for your car to be broken into, homeless to roam around by trash cans, people using the pool who don’t live there and walk home after with families etc., gang related kids coming in trying to sell drugs to people while little kids are playing. 9: good luck getting through to management they never answer, I’ve been trying to set a payment plan for 2 months for what I owe because I don’t have $862 upfront and was told by Nicole she would get me a payment plan, when I threaten small claims Brenae messages me saying they don’t offer payment plans and I have 60 days from move out to pay in full, my 60 days is up, I called multiple times and was told by office staff they were still working on a payment plan and emailed each week for over a month, NO RESPONSE. Went to the better business bureau and reported this because I’m done being discriminated and walked all over because we’re a young family trying to make a good life for our child. Will also be speaking with a lawyer because I’m fed up. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! As for our new complex amazing place! No issues and can get with management same day even though they aren’t on campus. No issues with service animal either.. and management PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE WITH YOUR NORMAL REPLY; YOU NEVER RESPONDED TO ME ONCE WHEN I WORKED QUIETLY AND PROFESSIONALLY WITH YOU, ITS TIME FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW THE TRUE SCAMMERS YOU ARE.

The office staff are great. But security at night not so great. My car got stolen twice in a month by teenagers and recovered with severe damage. Both times my car was stolen it happened around 1:30 am. I now have a camera in my window and I rarely see the security car drive by. Never had any issues until this past Feb. it’s just a shame because I love my apartment.

I lived there 2017 to 2019. Lease started at 1400 per month and l decided to move because of increase to 1800 per month. Seriously? Apartment was burglarized when on vacation and there was no sympathy from them at all. Paying for the stupid gate that's always broken irritated me. They were pretty good about repairs. Expecting some of my deposit back and gave me a bill for replacement of 2 bathtubs, floor damage, chipping paint on cabinets, and more. Pure corruption. I contacted their corporate office and explained that tubs were brand new and didn't even need deglazing and, sent me a check for the floor only. The rest of my deposit was sold to a debt collector and is on my credit report. I still was able to move to Georgia and purchase a home with monthly mortgage less than 1,000 per month. I am reporting to the CFTB along with emails from 2020 with corporate regarding their corruption. Property management has a high turnover of employees. Always new folks every other month because they don't wanna continue to be a part of the conniving crooked cowardly corruption that pays low wages and very stressful. MANAGEMENT: Please don't comment with your generic statement you respond with. You people need to feel ashamed. I really liked the large roomy apartment near many family members and the convenience of the commissary at March AFB.

This property didn't divulge my expected deposit until after they had me sign the holding fee deposit. At that time they let me know that the deposit would be 3x as much as the base deposit. I let them know I couldn't afford that so I couldn't move in. Their response was they're keeping my hold fee of $250. Their staff gave very robotic answers and didn't attempt to understand what I was saying at all. Very shifty. It'd be a lot more honest to tell people their deposit before sending them things to sign. Once you apply you have no way of backing out without them keeping your fee because you have to pay the hold fee to apply.

Before today, I mentioned this apartment complex to all my coworkers and friends in the area as a suggestion for a great place to live. I will no longer suggest this place to anyone. The overall structure of the complex is still great, and I still enjoy living here, but some of their policies are absolutely ridiculous and uncaring. My car was towed today because it’s been in the same spot for a little over 72 hours. I haven’t moved it in a couple days because I’m 9 months pregnant and was placed on bed rest. I didn’t even get a notification to move it...which I could have arranged if I had just been told about it. It was the last thing on my mind and since there is ample parking here, I didn’t even think to have it moved. I can’t wait to go spend $500+ to have my car removed from the tow yard.
