  I want people to know that this is more of an Extended Stay America than a resort. It would be great for short term lodging while working in the area. The front desk staff was very nice and I don't want to disparage their contributions. The shower conditioner was stopped up. The shower gel was out. The coffee was not compatible with the coffee maker. The pool and hot tub were passable. The television display did not fit correctly with the screen cutting off part of the picture. The outlet in the bedroom was no longer affixed to the wall. I do not leave one star reviews and I was hard pressed to follow through with it. I just really want folks to know that this place is not as advertised. I know that this is the case in most hotels these days and I actually work in the industry. It is a motel not a hotel and most definitely not a resort. Please advertise as such until such a time as you are able to make the changes needed to properly represent your business.

  Last place didn't have elevators... Being from Texas that makes this a huge plus!
