  Great store and awesome business owner!! I can tell the owner is practically a chemist for how well he helped me understand balancing chemical levels and the technical side behind maintaining the water in my hot tub. I had a very minor warranty claim where the spinner action in the Jets was failing, and he was very helpful and responsive getting replacement parts for it. He also helped me get the highest quality tub for my budget and figure out what level of features I wanted without overpaying for the bells and whistles we didn’t need. Overall great experience and the delivery and installation process went well also.
