Jacob, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He inspected the issue and provided an accurate estimate of charges. Work was completed with care, quality parts and a thorough clean up. Have used Legacy in the past and have always been satisfied.

Brandon & Jake were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond & talked me thru every step of the way with thorough explanation. They did a quick job finding the leak, needed to take out a drain pipe and replace. They were able to fix the issue within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend.

Josh Baker and his helper i forgot his name. But they were both very nice and very professional. This is the first time to use Legacy Plumbing, and my experience went very well. They kept you involved of what they were doing the whole time. I heard about them through my neice Crystal. She used them before and said they are the best. So far so good. I give Josh a 10 on everything. He should get a raise because he was such a great help with everything at my moms house. Thank you. I would recommend you to my friends and family.

Wayne cleared a drain line that was almost entirely clogged. He gave me the option of 2 different methods each at a different price point. He explained thoroughly what caused the problem, how they would fix it and how I can prevent it in the future. He also provided a lot of information and alternatives for dealing with an unrelated problem that I had asked about.

I've used Legacy a couple times and always had a good experience. Quick service, good rates, and friendly, knowledgeable employees.
My most recent call involved holes forming in my stainless steel braided hoses for my washer and ice maker. I would replace the hoses and they'd start leaking within a couple weeks, so I assumed it was a pressure issue. Eric came out and spent hours diagnosing and tested everything he could think of. He also Facetimed with several other technicians to try to figure out the issue. After finding no issues with the plumbing system, he took a closer look at the holes and found that they appeared burned/melted. ric even sent me several articles he found online indicating an electrical issue could cause the problem. He suggested I contact an electrician, who confirmed a low voltage on my plumbing lines and found that Oncor had an open neutral in the transformer in front of my house. Luckily, the voltage was low, but this could've been a very dangerous situation. Oncor replaced the transformer, which fixed my problem.
Thankful that Legacy has folks who take their time to diagnose properly and will continue to use them for any plumbing issues.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential and light commercial!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check reviews when looking for a reputable company to handle your plumbing situation/need. It wouldn't hurt if they were licensed, bonded, and insured. Ensure they carry the adequate licensing and insurance requirements for your city/state!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
