Then immediately knew it was TERMITES, no way this is Utah, he was right. Called other places but Jason told me what to expect, asked the sqft of my house and said here is set price. Called another company that undercut them but I knew Legacy was right choice. They came out and decided they needed to do all four walls in garage and around entire house, set price didn’t change. Two guys 5 hours. Others were one guy in 5 hours, no way. Go with Legacy.
