  Put in a request on Saturday for an repair estimate to be done on my car. Got an email back immediately saying it had to be approved by mrs pappas and I would get an email back from them to approve my time request. I put in for the next Thursday. Never heard from them at all. Guess they don't need my business. Would not recommend.
