I wasn’t with this group long due to extenuating circumstances with my family and life changes, but I was highly impressed with the compassion and level of service and care demonstrated by Lee and his team. I experienced a huge loss in my family that lead to me cancelling my policy early. I expressed this to the agent that called and the entire office took it upon themselves to send me a card signed by everyone in the office with condolences, including by Lee himself. These folks showed me so kindness and handled my policy closure with so much dignity and respect, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in VA Beach looking for a compassionate team that cares about their customers beyond the bottom line. Rates were fair and the policy was as needed for my SUV.

I've had horrible insurance experiences but somehow I've see to have found an agent for the long-term. They provide excellent, affordable coverage for home and auto. Wayne who usually helps me out is always pleasant and provides the best customer service I've had from an insurance company. Keep up the good work.

After 4 hours of click bait, texts and phone calls, I had regretted inquiring about an auto policy. Then another call; I was going to hang up, but Rachael sounded very sincere and pleasant. She took some information and we started chatting. She told me if she could find a better rate she would call back, otherwise she would send an email, and our business would be concluded.
She called back just a few minutes later and was excited to tell me, she could give me the same coverage for 1/3 less than I was currently paying.
She remained cheerful, professional and extremely polite through the process. She covered all the details of my new policy and made sure I had her contact information in case I needed anything more. This was a wonderful transaction that left me smiling the rest of the day. I also shared it my social platform in case someone can use a top notch agent for their insurance needs.
