  I have dealt with this company for quite some time now and from what I have seen, they leave the patients at their appointments for hours. They are hungry and stranded sometimes until closing. They may drop you off at 10:00 am and your appointment could be at 3:00 pm. The people that ride this are not even guaranteed to be picked back up. They have to wait until they're done dropping patients off at UNC and wait for their appointments to be done before they head back to pick up the remaining riders. The system is absolutely terrible!!!!!! Use this as a LAST RESORT and be sure to pack a lunch or dinner because they do not care.

  All the drivers are nice but the dependablilty is not good. I have had to reschedule many dr. appointments and physical therapy appointments. I schedule my appointments a week in advance and talk to colts and colts promise to pick me up,I pay cash, but still do I get a ride or anything no. Very very very disappointed in colts.
