  After returning to my car, I encountered a very long line/wait to pay & exit. When pulled up to the kiosk, the long wait made more sense. I was unable to leave the lot after attempting multiple cards multiple times. I called the “Help” number listed on the kiosk and no one answered on the first call. On the second call, I could not understand the person who answered because of three factors: 1.) she could not annunciate her words well enough to be understood 2.) the poor quality of the speaker system 3.) the ambient noise of the Uptown area. People were behind me for several minutes blowing their car horns. I don’t blame them. Heck, I even blew my car horn at the kiosk hoping it would help it to take my card. Oh, & forget cash…they don’t take it. Do yourself a favor & park anywhere else but a LAZ Parking lot unless you want to be locked in the lot for the night.

  RANT!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! No one validates to use the Tesla chargers!!!! We had to use a card to get in, no ticket would print for us. The arm opened to let us in, obviously our payment was valid. We went to leave using the same card… magically no card on file. They made us pay the full 45$ “lost ticket”fee. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This place is a joke and won’t help you no matter what. We saw someone do the same thing we tried to do when we had already entered. They had the same issue!!!!

  Free parking (at least during the hours I parked; Saturday morning before noon) and within easy access of restaurants

  This is the main parking lot for the uptown area restaurants. This is a non attendant paid parking lot. When you enter you hit the button on the kiosk for a ticket. Take the ticket with you and get it stamped at a restaurant to redeem for free parking.
