  Almost got locked in because their whole system was down - the prepay kiosk was fully off, and the credit card readers at the exits were not accessible. Seems like they intended for the garage to be closed but for some reason there was no signage indicating this and the front gate let us in without issue - avoid unless you want to risk getting stuck.

  Overall okay place to park but every few months there's a major problem - the garage door won't open, card reader won't work, or they'll randomly shut the system down blocking all access for a couple of days.

  Spent two weeks parked by here while on jury duty. It's clean. Always found a spot to me price for parking is expensive but I didn't pay. I don't live in a city that I would have to pay to park everyday so not sure how the cost holds up to others. Location is good and close to a lot of places. I felt safe leaving my car there all day
