  Misleading. NOT AFFILIATED WITH GATEWAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Despite the name and some confusing search engine results. Beware. What a genius way to profit off people’s mistakes.

  I parked there on a Saturday. A very typical garage experience, but I wanted to write this review to say that I was able to get my car out at 6:50pm on a Saturday even though according to their work hours, it would've been locked. I'm giving them 3 stars for the confusion, even though I was able to take my car without any issue. Maybe they mean there's no attendant, which is ok because you just pay using the machine as you're exiting.

  I am a resident at 360 State in downtown New Haven. LAZ is the contracted parking contractor. Over the past three years of my residence here I've had numerous issues with the number of employees that work as attendants in the garage as well as the regional manager for the parking system in the area. Feel free to contact me if you'd like exact descriptions of my issues. I feel detailing them would make this way too tedious to read. There are other places to park in New Haven and I would suggest finding them. Living in a building of this caliber, certain levels of customer service are expected throughout this property system. Although I have no complaints about the service levels provided by the employees of 360 State Street this parking garage system does not pass when it comes to higher-end living in New Haven. I would actually say that although I'm happy with the residence in 360 State, I would not recommend living here because of the service levels in the parking garage. Sent from my iPhone
